Beeswax Food Wrap

An Eco-friendly Plastic Wrap Alternative

These food wraps are expensive because making them with the finest materials is costly.  The wraps are made from organic cotton certified by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) and printed in the United States. Unlike mass-produced fabric, this organic material was produced using water conservation and printed using ecologically-safe color technology.

The eco-friendly organic cotton is treated with USDA certified organic non-GMO beeswax from healthy honeybees in a pesticide-free environment.  Organic, non-GMO coconuts are used to produce the USDA certified organic fractionated coconut oil.  Finally, the pure pine resin is sourced from a family-owned farm in Georga with no added fillers or preservatives.

You may notice darker spots on your beeswax wrap.  Be assured that is normal.  Since the pine resin is not highly processed, there are variations in color.  The resin is mostly a golden color with occasional brown flex. When the brown flex melts onto the fabric, it creates dark spots.  It is safe and gives your beeswax wrap character.
